Coinone, a leading specialized virtual asset exchange in Korea, announced on the 26th that it will relocate its offline customer center to Yeouido and operate it on a 100% reservation-only basis. This move aims to provide a better consultation environment and improved services for customers visiting the offline customer center.
Starting from the 30th of this month, Coinone will open its relocated offline customer center at Park One Tower in Yeouido, where its headquarters is located. Customers can make consultation reservations via the Coinone website or app starting today. Consultation hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and reservations close daily at 5:00 p.m. Further details can be found on the Coinone website and app.
Lee Sunghyun, Co-CEO of Coinone, stated, "The new location of the offline customer center at Park One Tower in Yeouido is notable for its excellent transportation accessibility, as it is connected to Yeouido Station on subway lines 5 and 9," adding, "Through the reservation-only system, we will ensure that customers visiting the center can receive more systematic consultation services without having to wait."
