Double-Digit Growth in Transaction Volume
Sevenfold Increase in Official Store Sales
AI startup Wadul announced on June 26 that it supplied its conversational AI agent solution "Gentoo" to the official online store of the women's fashion brand IvanaHelsinki, contributing to a sevenfold increase in sales within just three months.
IvanaHelsinki introduced Gentoo as part of a differentiated strategy, recognizing that its main customer base?women in their 20s and 30s?prefer recommended products over complex searches. Gentoo autonomously learned product-related information, reviews, and customer interests to provide personalized product recommendations.
As a result, IvanaHelsinki achieved a double-digit increase in transaction volume after adopting Gentoo. The company also handled more than 5,000 monthly size inquiries in real time, improving customer service efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Gentoo, developed and supplied by Wadul, is a multi-agent-based B2B (business-to-business) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that supports online shopping customers in their purchase decisions. When a customer is considering a purchase, a button is activated on the screen, and Gentoo engages in natural conversations like a veteran sales associate in an offline store, identifying purchase intent and offering appropriate recommendations to prevent customer churn.
Cho Yongwon, CSO of Wadul, said, "We will continue to develop AI agents tailored to the characteristics of each industry to provide optimal conversion solutions."
