Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) will newly supply nine plots of industrial land within the Eunnam General Industrial Complex in Yangju.
The eligible industries for occupancy include: ▲ food manufacturing ▲ rubber and plastic manufacturing ▲ fabricated metal products manufacturing (excluding machinery and furniture) ▲ other machinery and equipment manufacturing, among others.
The supply price is set at the estimated development cost, which is 1,997,000 KRW per 3.3 square meters. Tenant companies can receive support from Yangju City for 10% of the land purchase cost.
The area per plot ranges from 5,065 to 9,092 square meters, with supply prices between 3,060,430,000 KRW and 5,492,590,000 KRW. Payment can be made in installments every six months for up to three years. Land use is scheduled to begin in December 2027, the expected completion date of the project.
Applications for the allotment will be accepted from July 9 to 11. Allottees will be selected by lottery on July 25 among those who pass the Yangju City occupancy screening. Selected companies must sequentially sign occupancy contracts with Yangju City and sales contracts with GH by August 1.
The Yangju Eunnam General Industrial Complex is being developed on a 992,361 square meter site spanning Eunhyeon-myeon and Nam-myeon in Yangju City. The complex offers excellent logistics and transportation infrastructure due to its proximity to the Seo-Yangju Interchange on the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway, providing easy access to Incheon Airport and the greater Seoul metropolitan area.
