On June 26, Daesang Dives Bokumjari announced that it will be launching a low-sugar version of 'Apple Cider Vinegar (Aesabi)', a health ingredient gaining attention as a diet aid.
The company explained that, in response to the heightened interest in dieting ahead of the summer season, it is introducing the new 'Low-Sugar Aesabi Base', which utilizes 'apple cider vinegar', a health ingredient known to help regulate blood sugar.
The new 'Low-Sugar Aesabi Base' is a liquid beverage base that uses allulose developed and produced directly by Daesang Co., Ltd. With a sugar content of just 2g per 100ml, it minimizes sugar intake. It also features a rich flavor by using high-quality organic apple cider vinegar from Spain, produced without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The product removes the characteristic pungent aroma of Aesabi and maximizes its refreshing and sweet taste, making it enjoyable even for those trying Aesabi for the first time or those who previously found it unappealing.
As a liquid base, it dissolves easily in cold water or sparkling water, offering high versatility. It can be used to create a variety of recipes, such as Aesabi iced tea and Aesabi ade, as well as Aesabi highballs and Aesabi salad dressings, making it accessible for everyone.
Daesang Dives is expanding its lineup of liquid beverage bases by consecutively launching products such as 'Zero Peach Iced Tea' and 'Zero Lemon Lime Iced Tea', in response to the rapidly growing demand for low-sugar and zero-sugar products driven by health trends like 'healthy pleasure' and 'slow aging'.
