This initiative will be conducted on a one-on-one customized basis to support the growth of aspiring and early-stage startup teams with creative ideas and potential.

The program will provide educational support tailored to the characteristics of each field and the growth stage of the business, targeting aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders within one year of starting their business.

The city will select a total of 15 teams through the application process: 5 teams in the venture startup category and 10 teams in the local brand startup category. Eligibility is limited to youth aged 39 or younger who reside in Goyang and possess both a strong entrepreneurial drive and technical capabilities.

In the venture startup category, priority will be given to teams with technology-based business items, while in the local brand startup category, selection will focus on ideas with high potential for branding and commercialization based on local resources.

Selected teams will receive a variety of customized educational programs, including basic entrepreneurship competency training, expert consulting, IR Day, support for venture company certification and government support programs, as well as practical strategies for branding and marketing, online sales strategies, and data-driven marketing.

Goyang Special City expects this initiative to provide fundamental knowledge and practical experience in entrepreneurship, and to help foster active networking among young entrepreneurs.

Applications must be submitted online by July 4. Further details can be found on the Naeil Dream Factory website (https://goyangjobcafe.kr).

An official from Goyang Special City stated, "The Startup ON Introductory Package is more than just a startup program; it is focused on providing a practical foundation for launching a business," adding, "We look forward to the active participation of aspiring and early-stage startup teams who possess differentiated items and strong execution capabilities in their respective fields."

Meanwhile, the city plans to continue offering comprehensive, detailed, and diversified youth policies through Naeil Dream Factory, a youth complex support center.
