Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) company Douzone Bizon stated on June 25 that nothing has been finalized regarding rumors of a sale of its management rights.
On this day, Douzone Bizon disclosed in response to reports about a possible sale of management rights, "The company's largest shareholder has received a proposal from an investor, but nothing has been concretely decided as of now."
Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that Douzone Bizon's largest shareholder, Chairman Kim Yongwoo, is seeking to sell his controlling stake to a global private equity fund (PEF).
