BNK Busan Bank invited office workers interested in preparing for retirement to share practical strategies for old-age planning.
On June 25, Busan Bank announced that it held a retirement and old-age planning seminar titled "Let's Become an Alchemist for Myself" at the Ocean Hall of its headquarters, inviting 100 office workers to participate.
This seminar was organized as part of the bank's community contribution efforts, aiming to raise awareness of the importance of retirement preparation and to provide practical information such as tax benefits and asset management strategies.
The event was held as a lunch seminar during lunchtime, receiving a strong response from busy office workers. Among the participants, those in their 20s and 30s accounted for 62%, while those in their 40s and 50s made up 38%, reflecting a trend toward earlier retirement planning.
Cha Donghwan, Head of the Investment Products Department, gave a presentation on recent financial market trends and the global economic outlook following the US presidential election. Lim Sungjun, Executive Director of the Pension Business Department, introduced efficient management methods and tax strategies for the National Pension, retirement pensions, and personal pensions.
Choi Jaeyoung, Head of the WM Pension Group, stated, "We organized this seminar for office workers who are about to retire or wish to prepare in advance," and added, "We will continue to hold seminars on various asset management topics to become a reliable retirement partner for the community and our customers."
Busan Bank plans to strengthen its customized asset management services for each stage of life and to continuously expand its financial education and social responsibility activities.
