Expanding from Health Bread to Cakes

Paris Baguette announced on June 25 that it is launching the first cake product under its health bread brand 'Paran Label (PARAN LABEL),' called the 'Low Sugar Greek Yogurt Cake.'
'Paran Label' is a health bread brand introduced by Paris Baguette in February 2025, and it surpassed a cumulative sales volume of 8 million units within just four months of its launch.
Paris Baguette is expanding the 'Paran Label' brand beyond bread to include cakes, maintaining the brand identity of 'a balance between taste and nutrition.'
The Paran Label 'Low Sugar Greek Yogurt Cake' contains less than 5g of sugar per 100g, aligning with the low-sugar trend while preserving the sweetness of a cake. Greek yogurt is added to the cake, delivering a refreshing and rich flavor. Each whole cake contains over 50 billion CFU (guaranteed count) of patented live probiotic lactic acid bacteria (Patent No. 10-2059623, Patent No. 10-2582095, etc.). The cake sheet is made with premium pasture eggs laid by chickens fed fresh paprika, resulting in a softer and moister texture.
In addition to the whole cake size, the product will also be available in various forms, including a rectangular slice cake called 'Mini Cake' and a spoonable 'Cup Cake.'
A Paris Baguette representative said, "The Paran Label cake is a product that allows customers to enjoy the pleasure of a sweet cake while still considering their health," adding, "Going forward, Paran Label will continue to introduce a variety of products that help customers who are torn between taste and health."
