According to the city on the 25th, this training was organized with a practical focus to enhance hygiene management skills and to provide citizens with a safer and more trustworthy dining environment.


The lecture was delivered by Professor Choi Hojung from the Hotel and Food Service Industry Department at Jeonbuk Science College. Based on the importance of food culture and hygiene management, the session covered prospects for trends in the food service industry and strategies to respond to them, receiving a strong response from participants.


In particular, this training moved beyond simple knowledge delivery, employing an experiential approach that demonstrated actual cases of improper hygiene management. By structuring the program around real-world examples to facilitate practical improvements on site, the training significantly enhanced the hygiene management capabilities of food service workers.


A city official stated, "Restaurant hygiene is a crucial factor directly linked to the health of our citizens," and added, "We will continue to foster a dining culture in Jeongeup that both citizens and tourists can visit with confidence, through regular hygiene education and on-site support."
