The global three-member girl group ablume is accelerating preparations for their next project, fueled by enthusiastic support from fans.
On June 25, comprehensive entertainment company NSE&M announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Massive VNC, is seeing its girl group ablume strengthen their position in the global market through their debut single "Echo," which has stood out both musically and narratively, delivering an emotional message and authentic content.
Building on this momentum, ablume is planning to release their first mini-album and hold a special performance to connect with fans. In particular, inquiries about overseas performances and promotions have been pouring in from countries including the United States, Brazil, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, France, and China. The special performance is being designed with ablume's unique concept that prioritizes direct communication with fans. The event will feature direction and emotional stages in which the members themselves participate, interactive sessions with fans, and will also include online live streaming for global fans.
Released in May, "Echo" is a song that captures affectionate feelings and promises toward each other. Its bright and warm sound, combined with the distinctive vocals of the three members, leaves a lasting impression. This round of promotions was conducted exclusively with digital releases, without a physical album, yet still garnered significant responses on major global platforms.
Notably, the group topped the iTunes K-POP chart in more than 15 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Spain, and entered the charts in a total of 34 countries. They also ranked first in the Apple Music K-POP chart in the same 15 countries, secured the number one spot on Amazon Music’s new releases and overall charts, and achieved first place in the iTunes music video category in the Netherlands and sixth in the United States, demonstrating a broad appeal across various content platforms. Furthermore, their rankings in key Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam are expected to serve as important signals for establishing future global strategic bases.
A representative from Massive VNC stated, "These achievements are significant because they go beyond simple numbers, reflecting both the fandom-driven purchasing power on iTunes and the general consumer trends on Apple Music," adding, "Ablume has distinguished themselves on both platforms, earning recognition as a rookie group with both fandom appeal and mainstream popularity."
Ablume plans to continue connecting with fans worldwide through multidimensional content that encompasses both music and storytelling. In addition, the group intends to accelerate its global expansion strategy, focusing on North America and Europe.
A representative from NSE&M said, "These results are a positive sign that ablume is establishing a stable presence in the global market based on trust and empathy with overseas fans," and added, "We will continue to strengthen our global fandom base through musical excellence and diverse content in future activities."
