The administration of former US President Donald Trump, which recently carried out airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, has stated that it remains committed to the complete denuclearization of North Korea.
During a briefing on the 24th (local time), US Department of State Spokesperson Tammy Bruce was asked whether she believed North Korea could learn anything from the US airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. She responded, "I will not speculate about what other countries might think or should do," and gave this answer.
She added, "North Korea possesses its own nuclear program, and we remain committed to the complete denuclearization of North Korea."
Spokesperson Bruce stated, "If the North Korean nuclear issue cannot be resolved through dialogue, I will not speculate about such assumptions at this point."
