The ceremony was held in a simple yet meaningful manner, attended by six related officials, including Mayor Baek Younghyun, the Director of the Cultural Welfare Bureau, the Head of the Culture and Sports Division, the Head of the Culture and Tourism Headquarters, and the Head of the Culture and Arts Business Division. After the appointment letter was delivered, participants exchanged a variety of opinions on the foundation's management direction and future cultural policy vision.

CEO Lee Junghyo has accumulated extensive experience in both administration and the arts and culture sector, having served as Chair of the Pocheon City Council (2008-2010), President of the Pocheon City Council Association, and Director of the Pocheon Branch of the Korean Writers' Association, among other roles.

Since taking office as the 2nd CEO on January 11, 2023, he has contributed to the foundation's expansion and reorganization, the activation of cultural infrastructure operations, and the stable management of the organization.

CEO Lee Junghyo stated, "I will discover the region's unique cultural and tourism resources and expand cultural services that citizens can truly experience," adding, "I will do my best to create a Pocheon that connects people through culture by communicating with citizens."

Meanwhile, the Pocheon Culture and Tourism Foundation, established on June 24, 2021, was expanded and reorganized into a comprehensive management system covering culture, tourism, and the arts on July 1, 2023.

Last year, the foundation was restructured into a system with one headquarters and one business division through an organizational diagnosis, and it is currently responsible for operating major cultural and tourism facilities such as Banwol Art Hall, Gwangam Ibyeok Historic Site, Baeksa Ihangbok Historic Site, Art Valley, and Bidulginang Campground.
