Noh, currently the CEO of HS Smart Education Center, serves as an adjunct instructor at the Customs Border Management Training Institute, an instructor at the Korea Construction Safety Technology Society Education Center, an instructor for the Employment and Labor Relations Specialist Course at Pusan National University, and a lecturer for public institutions and major corporations (Hyundai, Samsung, Lotte).
