Eugene Investment & Securities to Hold "Unlisted Promising Companies Investment Seminar"

Eugene Group (Chairman Yoo Kyung Sun) announced on June 24 that its financial affiliate, Eugene Investment & Securities, will hold an "Unlisted Promising Companies Investment Seminar" at the HRD Center of its Yeouido headquarters on June 26.

This seminar, organized by the Eugene Investment & Securities Research Center, will review the current status of investments in domestic unlisted companies and market trends. Promising companies with high growth potential will participate directly to introduce their business status and vision. An investment-related Q&A session will also be held.

The participating companies on this day are: ▲ AI semiconductor design specialist "FuriosaAI" ▲ Developer of ultra-high-speed interconnect solutions for cloud and AI data centers "Point2Technology" ▲ Energy management and home IoT solutions provider "MerlotLab"?a total of three companies. Key executives from each company will attend and present in person.

The presentation on domestic unlisted company investment trends will be delivered by Park Jong Sun, research fellow at the Eugene Investment & Securities Research Center, who will provide insights into recent market flows and notable sectors and companies.

Since this year, the Eugene Investment & Securities Research Center has been holding promising unlisted company seminars every other month. The purpose is to introduce unlisted companies with high growth potential but limited information accessibility to investors, and to provide companies with opportunities to secure growth capital.

Park Jong Sun, research fellow at Eugene Investment & Securities, stated, "This seminar is designed to provide practical assistance to both companies and investors," and added, "We will continue to contribute to the creation of a healthy ecosystem for domestic unlisted investment culture through related reports and regular seminars."

This seminar, which will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., is open free of charge to any investor interested in unlisted investments.
