Webinar Broadcast and Legal Risk Assessment
On June 25 at 2:00 p.m., Barun Law LLC will hold a seminar titled "Changes in the Capital Market Regulatory Environment Under the Lee Jaemyung Administration and Corporate Response Strategies." Barun will address key changes in the capital market regulatory environment under the Lee Jaemyung administration, and will diagnose strategies for listed companies to effectively respond to accounting and disclosure risks, as well as major legal risks that may arise in practice.
Barun plans to focus on diagnosing legal risks and response measures through practical case studies. Attorneys Jin Mooseong (33rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute) and Ma Seonghan (38th class) will present on "Unfair Trade Regulation System and Recent Issues" and "Overview of Financial Statement Accounting Review and Audit System for Listed Companies," respectively. Attorney Choi Seunghwan (39th class) will cover "Explanation and Case Studies of Prohibition of Credit Granting by Listed Companies," while advisor Yoon Kijoon will speak on "Significance and Implications of the Revised Delisting System of the Stock Exchange."
