On June 24, Research Arum analyzed Douzone Bizon as the biggest beneficiary of the government's digital transformation policy for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Choi Seonghwan, a researcher at Research Arum, explained, "The government is accelerating the construction of the 'AI Highway,' positioning the expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure as a core pillar of the national growth strategy."
He added, "The AI infrastructure policy aims to connect high-performance computing resources and industrial data nationwide," and stated, "We expect this will significantly expand the foundation for AI utilization not only among large corporations but also for SMEs."
Choi said, "Douzone Bizon has a solid foundation in the domestic SME enterprise resource planning (ERP) market," and introduced, "Various business data, including accounting, tax, HR, and electronic tax invoices, have already been digitized through ERP." He explained, "Douzone Bizon can provide SMEs with the most efficient route to adopt AI without the need for separate infrastructure," and noted, "This aligns closely with government policy."
He also analyzed, "In April, Douzone Bizon participated in Jeju Bank's third-party paid-in capital increase and secured a 14.99% stake," adding, "This structure allows Douzone Bizon to secure substantial influence in the digital banking business while enabling swift execution without the burden of licensing." He stated, "Douzone Bizon is currently pursuing an ERP banking platform that combines ERP client data with Jeju Bank's financial infrastructure," and "The company aims to launch a pilot service within this year."
Choi said, "There is also significant relevance to the government's ongoing stablecoin and digital finance institutionalization policies," and noted, "Douzone Bizon possesses a wide range of structured data, such as transaction flows, tax invoices, and payroll, based on its hundreds of thousands of SME ERP clients." He expects that AI-based credit evaluation and real-time payment and settlement services utilizing this data will become possible.
Choi projected, "If a stablecoin payment function is integrated into the Jeju Bank platform, it could expand into an on-chain B2B financial service model that aligns with the government's digital asset ecosystem development policy." He emphasized, "Douzone Bizon can evolve beyond an ERP company to become a next-generation infrastructure platform that connects AI, finance, and data."
