On June 23, Hyundai Motor Company announced that at this race, held in N?rburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, from June 21 to 22 (local time), the Avante N TCR took both first and second place in the TCR class.

The N?rburgring 24-hour race is the only 24-hour endurance race in which only race cars developed based on mass-produced vehicles are allowed to participate. The circuit is considered the most demanding race track in the world, and rankings are determined by the total accumulated distance driven over 24 hours.

Out of the three Hyundai N vehicles that participated in this year's N?rburgring 24-hour race, two successfully finished the race. In particular, the Avante N TCR set a remarkable record by completing the N?rburgring 24-hour race in the TCR class for ten consecutive years. It also achieved its fifth consecutive class victory and ranked 22nd overall.

At this year's N?rburgring 24-hour race, Hyundai Motor Company operated a booth alongside Toyota. Through collaboration that went beyond competition, both companies shared their passion for automobiles with global customers. Hyundai Motor Company and Toyota have maintained a partnership, co-hosting the 'Hyundai N x Toyota Gazoo Racing Festival' at Yongin Speedway in October 2023, and their executives watched the final round of the 2024 WRC together at Rally Japan.

Park Junwoo, Head of N Management Division at Hyundai Motor Company (Executive Director), said, "We are pleased that Hyundai N has demonstrated outstanding durability and driving performance by completing the N?rburgring 24-hour endurance race for ten consecutive years and winning the TCR class for five consecutive years. Going forward, Hyundai N will continue to accumulate high-performance technology through various activities, including motorsports at the N?rburgring, and will make ongoing efforts in product development."
