- Introduction of High-End Community Facilities Including Daegu's First Residents-Only Cinema and Sky Community
- Mixed-Use Complex Developed on Former Daegu MBC Site... 604 Apartment Units Ranging from 136 to 244 Square Meters of Exclusive Area
Posco E&C is drawing attention by differentiating its new development, "Onard Beomeo," located in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu (the former Daegu MBC site), with the introduction of a high-end community.
For the first time in Daegu, a residents-only cinema will be introduced within the complex. This facility will be located on the first basement level of the complex, where residents can enjoy newly released movies simultaneously with their theatrical release. Recliner seats will be installed, allowing for a private movie-watching experience within the complex.
On the top floor, a residents-only sky community, a hallmark of high-end apartments, will be established. This area will include a sky lounge, as well as a residents-only sky fitness center equipped with fitness facilities, GX rooms, and Pilates studios.
In addition, the complex will feature a luxurious communal lounge, a residents-only cafeteria in the style of a book cafe, a residents-only relax zone designed as a space for rest and gatherings, and a residents-only screen golf practice range, further enhancing the sense of privacy throughout the community.
A representative from Onard Beomeo stated, "In addition, a guesthouse will be provided within the complex, allowing for various uses such as hosting guests, gatherings, and business meetings. Most of these facilities are of the highest quality, rarely found in Daegu, which is resulting in a strong positive response from the region's affluent class."
Meanwhile, Onard Beomeo will be developed as a mixed-use complex consisting of six basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, with a total of five buildings housing apartments, residential officetels, and commercial facilities. The apartments will comprise four buildings with 604 units, each with exclusive areas ranging from 136 to 244 square meters. All units are large, high-end apartments, which are rare in Daegu.
The complex will introduce concierge services for the first time in Daegu, in addition to its high-end community features. It will also apply premium finishes throughout (varying by unit type), including "Dada," the leading Italian kitchen furniture brand; "Armo," a high-end premium furniture brand; and "GROHE," Germany's No.1 and most trusted bathroom brand, further elevating the standard of living.
Onard Beomeo will begin special supply applications on June 30, followed by first-priority applications on July 1 and second-priority applications on July 2. The winners will be announced on July 8, and the official contract period will be held for three days from July 21 to July 23.
The complex also features sales conditions designed to reduce the financial burden on buyers. The down payment is set at 5% of the total sale price, and a no-interest benefit is provided for 60% of the interim payment, minimizing the initial capital required.
Furthermore, the designated move-in period has been extended by an additional four months from the usual two months, for a total of six months, reducing the burden of the final payment. In addition, the "Contract Condition Safety Guarantee System" will be applied, which retroactively applies any favorable changes to the sales conditions before move-in to existing buyers under the same terms.
The model house for Onard Beomeo is located in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
