Yangsan Xi Park Pallice to Host Golf Seminar with Pro Lim Jinhan

GS E&C is hosting a special event for Yangsan's first Xi development, "Yangsan Xi Park Pallice." On June 29 (Sunday) at 6 p.m., a golf seminar titled "How to Play Golf Easily" will be held at the Yangsan Xi Park Pallice model house, featuring golf lesson star Pro Lim Jinhan.

This seminar is designed to provide practical tips that are easy to follow for everyone from beginners to intermediate golfers. As Pro Lim Jinhan is renowned as a "master of golf lessons," his direct instruction is expected to offer a valuable opportunity for participants to improve their golf skills.

The event is limited to 50 participants, and all attendees will receive a cap signed by Pro Lim Jinhan. In addition, there will be attractive giveaways such as a "one-point lesson" (for 3 randomly selected participants) and a "signed putter" (for 1 randomly selected participant), which are expected to draw significant interest.

Applications can be made both online and on-site. Twenty participants will be selected by lottery from online applicants, with the application deadline set for June 26 (Thursday). On-site applications at the model house will be accepted from June 27 (Friday) to June 28 (Saturday), with 30 participants selected by lottery from on-site applicants.

This event also stands out for its connection to the planned community facilities at Yangsan Xi Park Pallice. The complex will feature a GDR golf practice range (with 8 bays) and a screen golf facility for residents, enabling professional-level golf practice as part of everyday life. Notably, an actual GDR golf practice range has been set up inside the model house for visitors to experience, offering golf enthusiasts a direct impression of the community's competitive edge.

A GS E&C representative stated, "We have prepared this event to celebrate the first Xi launch in Yangsan and to create opportunities to engage with the local community," adding, "We will continue to explore various ways to connect with customers and deliver the value of the Xi brand, which enhances quality of life."

Yangsan Xi Park Pallice is planned as a large-scale complex in Pyeongsan-dong, Yangsan-si, consisting of 6 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 29 floors above ground, with a total of 842 units ranging in exclusive area from 84, 120, to 168 square meters. Considering that only 1.3% of new supply in the Dongyangsan area over the past 10 years has exceeded 85 square meters, the inclusion of a significant number of the rare 120-square-meter mid-to-large units is expected to attract strong interest from buyers seeking larger homes.
