Mona Yongpyong Pursues 'Value-Up' with Shareholder Benefit Service: "Returning Shareholder Value Through Experience"

Mona Yongpyong Pursues 'Value-Up' with Shareholder Benefit Service: "Returning Shareholder Value Through Experience"

Mona Yongpyong (formerly Yongpyong Resort), a four-season premium resort, announced that it has officially introduced a shareholder benefit service in partnership with IR Qdus, a company specializing in investor relations, as part of its shareholder return policy.

The core of this service goes beyond a simple return policy by directly connecting the resort’s intrinsic experiential value to its shareholders. It is designed based on the resort’s unique experiential content, providing tangible benefits that shareholders can experience firsthand on-site.

Shareholders can access the service through the Mobile Trading Systems (MTS) of Shinhan Investment, KB Securities, Kiwoom Securities, and Hana Securities. After verifying their identity on the MTS, shareholders can download a mobile coupon and conveniently use the benefits by presenting the barcode on-site.

As an opening benefit, shareholders holding 10 or more shares will receive a free Balwangsan Cable Car ticket (for one person). Shareholders holding at least one share will be eligible for up to 50% discounts on major resort facilities such as golf, skiing, and water park, as well as exclusive room package benefits for shareholders, available at all times. The benefits are structured around on-site experiential advantages, focusing on sharing the resort’s real value with shareholders.

This Mona Yongpyong shareholder benefit service is the first to introduce a barcode-based admission authentication system, maximizing customer convenience by allowing shareholders to receive benefits immediately by simply presenting the barcode downloaded from the MTS on-site, without the need to exchange for a physical ticket.

A Mona Yongpyong representative stated, "This shareholder benefit service is more than just providing perks; it is a new form of return centered on the shareholder experience," adding, "We will continue to expand the intersection between brand experience and shareholder value based on the resort’s content and realize 'value-up' in a way unique to Mona Yongpyong."

Meanwhile, this service is available starting today through the MTS of the four securities firms offering shareholder benefits, and it is planned to be expanded to more securities firms in the future.
