This event was organized as the closing ceremony for a three-week intensive IT training program (including kiosk usage and voice phishing prevention) for elderly national merit recipients, in recognition of Patriots and Veterans Month. The event featured a variety of honor ceremonies, including the awarding of IT training completion certificates, a gratitude ceremony, and healing and experiential programs.

KT was also awarded a commendation from the Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs in recognition of its contributions to the welfare of national merit recipients.

Kim Byunggyun, Head of KT Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters, said, "We are grateful for the dedication of national merit recipients, and we will continue to provide unwavering support to create a society where respect and honor for them are alive."

Kim Jongsul, Director of the Daegu Regional Veterans Office, stated, "I hope that everyday recognition for national merit recipients will be realized through public-private cooperation," and added, "We will actively promote 'Patriotism for All' in connection with various social contribution programs."
