According to Sejong City on June 22, the dialogue with citizens is organized as an open communication forum where participants can freely share their opinions and questions on-site, with a focus on sincerely listening to diverse voices from all walks of life.

For the dong districts, meetings between the mayor and citizens are scheduled for July 2 at 4:00 p.m. at the Haengbok Nurimteo in Dae-pyeong-dong, and July 8 at 7:00 p.m. at the Haengjeong Nurimteo in Sae-rom-dong. For the eup and myeon districts, sessions will be held on July 10 at 4:00 p.m. at the Haengbok Nurimteo in Jochiwon-eup, and on July 15 at 4:00 p.m. at the Haengbok Nurimteo in Yeon-dong-myeon.

Previously, the city adjusted the event times for the dong districts to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., taking into consideration that office workers, self-employed individuals, and others had difficulty attending due to their daily schedules.

During the dialogue with citizens, Mayor Choi will explain the direction of city administration, followed by the screening of citizen interviews, after which the conversation between the mayor and citizens will continue for about two hours. For further details, please refer to the "Dialogue with Citizens" notice on the Sejong City Hall website. Any Sejong citizen is free to participate in the session of their choice.
