The agreement, signed on June 20, aims to share strategies for mutual growth in education, research, and employment and entrepreneurship to drive regional innovation. It was established to build a practical cooperative system for solving local problems as a hub for Living Lab-based activities.

On this day, the two organizations agreed to cooperate in various fields, including: planning and operating joint projects to solve local issues based on Living Lab activities; collaborating on problem-solving curricula linked to businesses and the local community, as well as on employment and entrepreneurship; working together to advance the Gyeongnam-style lifelong vocational education system; supporting youth education and growth; and collaborating for the development and successful operation of youth shelters.

Kim Seohyun, Director of Wecafe Daon, said, "Through this agreement, we expect to create innovative models together in various areas such as youth education and growth, and solving local community issues," adding, "In particular, we hope that sharing and collaboration linked to the operation of youth shelters will be further activated."

Choi Sunwook, Head of the RISE Project Group, stated, "This agreement is an important starting point for sustainable innovation in the region and the growth of young talent," and added, "Kyungnam University's RISE Project Group will actively share its infrastructure and know-how, and work together with Wecafe Daon to take joint action to solve local problems."
