"Subscription Market Expected to Pick Up Around Redevelopment Complexes in July"
Next week, three apartment complexes will begin sales across the country: 'Dongnam Haneulchae Edique' in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province; 'Labom Seongdong' in Seongdong District, Seoul; and 'Daeyeon-dong Metro Tower 2' in Nam District, Busan.
According to Real Estate R114 on June 21, a total of 930 units (650 for general sale) across three complexes nationwide will be available for sale in the last week of this month. After the number of units for sale decreased from 1,944 units in the second week of this month to 744 units last week, the figure has increased again in the final week.
Kolon Global and Isu Construction will offer the public sale apartment 'Dongnam Haneulchae Edique' in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. The complex will consist of seven buildings, ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 650 units, each with an exclusive area of 59 square meters.
Residents will have convenient access to nearby cities such as Sejong, Daejeon, Cheonan, and Asan via the 1, 2, and 3 Ring Roads, the Jungbu Expressway, and the Gyeongbu Expressway. Schools including Undong Elementary School, Undong Middle School, and Sangdang High School are within walking distance, and the Yongam-dong private education district and Cheongju City Library are also nearby. The Woluncheon Ecological Stream, which features a riverside walking trail, and Wonbong Neighborhood Park are adjacent to the complex.
Model homes will open at a total of 11 locations, including 'Riverscent Prugio Weave,' supplied by the Daewoo Engineering & Construction and Doosan Engineering & Construction consortium in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul.
A representative from Real Estate R114 stated, "The presale market, which had slowed before and after the presidential election, is expected to gradually recover starting in July. In July, the subscription market is likely to become busier, especially around redevelopment project complexes."
