909 Applicants for 67 Positions
Exam to Be Held on June 21 at Goun Middle School and Duru Middle School
Sejong City announced that the 2025 local civil service level 9 recruitment exam will be held on June 21 at Goun Middle School and Duru Middle School.
According to Sejong City on June 20, a total of 909 applicants have registered for this exam. The city plans to hire 67 people across 14 job categories, including general administration and social welfare positions at level 9. This year's competition rate for the local civil service exam is 13.6 to 1, which is higher than the national average of 8.8 to 1.
The exam will begin at 10:00 a.m., and candidates must be seated at their designated seats in the assigned exam room by 9:20 a.m. on the day of the test. Since candidates are only allowed to take the exam at their assigned test center, extra caution is required.
To operate the exam, the city will deploy 144 civil servants. On the day of the exam, Sejong City will cooperate with the Sejong Police Agency and the Fire Headquarters to manage traffic around the test centers and respond to emergencies.
The list of candidates who pass the written exam will be announced on July 18. After personality and aptitude tests and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced on August 20.
