Document Submission Period: June 24-30

Hyundai Motor Company announced on June 20 that it will be accepting applications for its second-half technical talent recruitment from June 24 to June 30.

The company plans to select mobility technology professionals with diverse skills and expertise in order to proactively respond to future industry trends, including electrification.

This recruitment will cover three areas: automobile production, research and development (R&D) technical personnel, and battery technology personnel. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma (male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service), and there are no age or gender restrictions. Detailed requirements for each recruitment area can be found on the Hyundai Motor Company recruitment website during the application period.

Hyundai Motor Company plans to conduct aptitude and personality tests for those who pass the document screening next month. This will be followed by the first round of interviews in August, final interviews and medical examinations in September, and the announcement of final successful candidates in October and November.

Successful candidates for the automobile production division will be assigned to domestic production plants in two rounds, in November and December. Successful candidates for the R&D and battery technology divisions will be assigned to the Namyang and Uiwang research centers, respectively, in November.

A Hyundai Motor Company representative said, "We hope for a lot of interest in this mobility technology talent recruitment," adding, "We will conduct the recruitment process in a fair and transparent manner."
