Last year, the MZ Board identified 18 key institutional issues, 14 of which were implemented in practice. The Innovation Leaders produced a ChatGPT work manual for internal staff, enhancing work efficiency. Building on these activities, this year's Youth Innovation Council will be operated with the goal of achieving customer-centered innovative administration and producing tangible results that the public can experience.

The event began with the presentation of appointment letters, followed by a meeting with the chairman and a special innovation lecture. Afterwards, the members were divided into four teams to identify management and business innovation tasks, and through group presentations, eight key tasks were selected. The key tasks identified on this day will be further developed through online and offline meetings until November this year. The council also plans to promote its achievements by participating in government awards and external competitions.

Park Sunghyo, Chairman of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, stated, "The fresh perspectives and bold proposals of the Youth Innovation Council will become the driving force leading the future of the organization," adding, "Since creativity begins with the extraordinary combination of ordinary things, it is important to view problems from a new perspective within the context of our everyday work."
