"Johnny Depp Surprises Children with Hospital Visit"
Visiting Brisbane, Vancouver, Paris, London, and More
Hollywood actor Johnny Depp visited a children's hospital in Madrid, transforming into his "Pirates of the Caribbean" character, Jack Sparrow.
On June 19 (local time), People reported, "On June 16, Johnny Depp surprised children by meeting them," and shared this news.
In September last year, while attending a film festival in San Sebastian, Spain, Depp also visited a children's hospital. This means he met with children again in less than a year. At the time, a local newspaper reported, "Depp visited the hospital dressed as Jack, laughing and having a joyful time with the children."
According to reports, Depp has visited children's hospitals not only in Australian cities such as Brisbane, but also in Vancouver, Paris, London, and several cities in the United States, all while dressed as Jack Sparrow.
It is known that Johnny Depp is currently staying in Spain to film the action thriller movie "Day Drinker."
Meanwhile, after stepping back from public activities following his legal dispute with ex-wife Amber Heard, Johnny Depp announced his return with "Day Drinker." Depp and Heard met in 2011 while filming "The Rum Diary" and married in 2015, but divorced the following year. In 2018, Amber Heard claimed through local media that she had suffered domestic violence at the hands of Johnny Depp, and Depp responded by suing Heard for defamation, leading to a prolonged legal battle. The legal dispute, which lasted six years, ended in 2021 when a jury at the Fairfax County Court in Virginia recognized Depp's claim that he had never abused Heard. Depp spent $650 million (approximately 834.2 billion won) on the lawsuit and, after winning, received $15 million (approximately 2.17 billion won) from Heard.
