Asset Management and Spending Review Now Available
On June 19, KB Capital announced that it has enhanced and relaunched the 'Chatech' feature, a related service on its used car trading platform KB Chachacha, in line with the implementation of MyData 2.0.
Chatech is characterized by its one-stop financial support for vehicle-related needs, such as car purchase and sale planning and loan limit inquiries, based on customers' owned vehicle information and financial asset status.
With the introduction of MyData 2.0, Chatech now allows customers to view all their scattered financial assets at once by simply selecting the sector?bank, card, insurance, or securities?enabling comprehensive access to their financial information across the entire financial industry.
New features have also been added to assist with customer asset management. The 'My Asset Report' section provides an integrated analysis of the customer's financial assets, loan status, and vehicle information, helping them easily understand the proportion of each asset and the status of their accounts at a glance.
Based on this, the platform suggests ways to secure funds needed for used car purchases and recommends customized loan products.
Vehicle owners can conveniently check their collateral loan limits. Existing auto loan customers can be informed of products with better loan conditions.
In addition, the newly introduced 'Review Spending Details' section analyzes and provides monthly and weekly total spending, detailed usage history, and major expenditure items based on MyData.
Spending categories are subdivided into six groups: shopping, food, beauty and personal care, transportation, culture and leisure, and others. Through a peer comparison feature tailored to age and gender, customers can objectively understand and manage their spending patterns.
KB Capital also announced plans to launch a 'Dormant Deposit and Insurance Inquiry' service in August. Customers will be able to use information on dormant deposits or insurance payouts they were previously unaware of to plan used car purchases on KB Chachacha.
