Banksalad Launches "Find My Hidden Money" as First MyData 2.0 Service

On June 19, Banksalad announced the launch of its "2025 Find My Hidden Money" service, which helps users find hidden accounts and insurance payouts in the easiest and fastest way possible. This is the first service to be introduced following the implementation of MyData 2.0.

Banksalad's Find My Hidden Money allows users to check and immediately reclaim dormant assets?such as dormant deposits, accounts unused for over one year, small-balance accounts, unclaimed insurance payouts, and policy surrender refunds?that individuals have previously found difficult to locate. This can be done all at once via the application or web platform.

By leveraging proprietary MyData technology, the service enables users to comprehensively search even for deactivated assets. Users can view all their financial accounts, including deposits and insurance payouts, and transfer balances or close multiple accounts in a single process, thereby improving convenience over previous services.

For hidden insurance payouts found through Banksalad, the platform connects to its "Insurance Diagnosis" service, supporting users with personalized expert consultations based on their insurance policies, so they can reclaim payouts or receive the greatest possible financial benefits.

The Banksalad Find My Hidden Money service utilizes the MyData 2.0 infrastructure to automatically search all assets without requiring users to select accounts individually. Through electronic signature authentication processes such as the Banksalad certificate, users can easily and quickly manage dormant assets.

Banksalad's Find My Hidden Money service is available from June 19, and will be gradually expanded in line with the rollout of MyData 2.0.
