The Gwangju Regional Veterans Office announced on June 18 that it had awarded a plaque of appreciation from the Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs to Yoon Monghyun, CEO of Gwangju Global Motors Co., Ltd., who has been leading employment support for national veterans and their families.
Since taking office in 2023, Yoon Monghyun, CEO of Gwangju Global Motors Co., Ltd., has made significant contributions to the development of the local economy and job creation. By actively expanding recruitment of veterans, he has responded to the advancement of employment support policies, including employment stability for the families of national veterans.
Kim Seokki, head of the office, said, "We are grateful to Gwangju Global Motors Co., Ltd. for its efforts to honor and support the livelihoods of national veterans," and added, "We will continue to do our best to promote a culture of respect and recognition for national veterans through various veterans policies that foster an atmosphere of appreciation."
