Sejong Office of Education Selects 22 Educational Professionals

Two Vice Principals, Four in the General Category, and More

The Sejong City Office of Education has announced the final list of successful candidates for the open competitive examination to select educational professionals (supervisors and educational researchers).

A total of 22 candidates passed the exam, including 2 in the vice principal category (1 for kindergarten, 1 for elementary school), 4 in the general category (2 for elementary school, 2 for secondary school), and 8 in the fixed-term category (1 for kindergarten, 2 for elementary school, 2 for secondary school, 2 for special education, and 1 for non-curricular subjects).

The examination expanded the scoring area for experience as a position teacher and strengthened on-site evaluation, in order to ensure that outstanding educational professionals with competence and character, who have worked diligently in the field, could be selected.

Shin Myunghee, Director of Education, stated, "We will continue to actively reflect the voices from the field to further enhance the fairness and effectiveness of the selection process, and we hope that professionals with expertise to support the educational field will be chosen."
