Gyeongbuk Technopark Youth Startup Support Center held the "2025 Gyeongbuk Youth CEO Advanced Nurturing Support Project Startup Practical Training (1st Session) and Workshop" over two days from the 17th to the 18th and took a group photo.
This workshop was organized as a customized consulting program aimed at strengthening the practical capabilities of youth startup companies in the Gyeongbuk region and resolving company-specific challenges.
The event was attended by about 40 participants, including representatives from the 15th cohort of the "Youth CEO Advanced Nurturing" program, the 2nd cohort of the "Jump-Up" program, as well as current and graduated tenant company representatives of the center.
The training began with special lectures on topics such as practical R&D project planning and distribution entry strategies, which startup companies can immediately apply. Both theoretical and practical training sessions were conducted in parallel to provide tangible support to early-stage startups.
In particular, this workshop featured experts in various fields, including R&D planning, distribution operations, and business modeling (BM), who provided company-specific consulting through one-on-one sessions.
One professional mentor was assigned to every six to seven companies, offering demand-driven mentoring to support practical problem-solving.
In addition, participants shared their experiences and explored future collaboration opportunities through practical startup support information such as Q&A on business funding execution and guidance on the schedule for support projects in the first half of the year, as well as networking opportunities.
Kim Youngmin, head of the center, stated, "The common difficulties faced by young CEOs are the lack of information and practical knowledge," and added, "I hope that intensive education and practical consulting, like in this workshop, will become a significant turning point for the growth of these companies."
