Addressing Staffing Gaps and Securing Specialized Personnel
On June 18, the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced the final list of 10 successful candidates for the '2025 1st Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Technical Civil Service Career Competitive Recruitment Examination' through its official website.
This recruitment was conducted to promptly secure specialized personnel with extensive field experience, address staffing gaps caused by vacancies at an early stage, and strengthen the expertise of technical civil servants.
The recruitment process consisted of a document screening (first round) and an interview (second round), and the final successful candidates were selected for the Facilities (Architecture) Grade 8 position. The entry grade for new appointees was raised compared to previous recruitments to secure talent who can be immediately deployed in practical roles. There were also no residency restrictions for applicants, allowing for nationwide talent acquisition.
An official from the provincial office stated, "This recruitment is not merely to fill vacancies, but is part of a strategic personnel operation to ensure the stable implementation of educational environment improvement projects," adding, "We expect that field-oriented, practical professionals will further enhance the technical administration of Jeonnam education."
The final list of successful candidates and information regarding registration for appointment can be found on the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education website. Registration for appointee candidates will be open until July 23.
