SH Corporation and Compensation Management Association Join Hands to Strengthen Practical Compensation Training

Practical Training on Preparing Land and Property Survey Reports

Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 18th that, together with the Korea Compensation Management Association, it has conducted practical training on preparing basic land and property survey reports for local government officials and compensation officers from public enterprises.

This training was organized to enhance understanding of the basic survey process, which is the first step in compensation for losses during public projects, and to strengthen practical capabilities. The Compensation Management Association is operating a training program to foster professionals who can efficiently implement public projects and ensure fair compensation.

SH Corporation and the Compensation Management Association plan to expand the scope of their cooperation in order to further improve the expertise and practical applicability of their training programs.

Hwang Sangha, President of SH Corporation, stated, "We will continue to expand professional and practical training programs to fulfill our role as a compensation specialist institution under the Seoul Metropolitan Government."
