Jungjingong Launches AI Literacy Training for SME Employees

322 Courses to Be Offered in the Second Half of the Year
Open to All, from Basic Understanding to Practical Application

The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (Jungjingong) announced on June 18 that it will officially launch the "AI Literacy Training Program" in the second half of the year to enhance the understanding and practical application capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) among employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Recently, AI technology has been utilized in various fields such as productivity improvement, business process automation, and customer data analysis. However, SME employees are still facing difficulties in understanding the basic concepts of AI and applying them in practice. In response, Jungjingong plans to operate a total of 322 AI training courses during the second half of this year to strengthen the foundational skills required in the era of digital transformation.
