Exploring the Future of Creativity in the Age of AI
The National Gwangju Science Museum, in collaboration with the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, will hold the "3rd Science School of 2025" at 7:00 p.m. on June 18, 2025, in the Imagination Hall of the National Gwangju Science Museum. This Science School event will feature a lecture by Gyuhon Jin, Professor of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, under the theme "Can Creativity Be Cultivated?" Professor Jin will discuss the significance of human creativity in the age of artificial intelligence and its implications for the future.

Professor Jin graduated from the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Seoul National University and earned both his master's and doctoral degrees from the Graduate School of Business at the same university. He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Graduate School of AI Policy and Strategy at GIST. His main research areas include business strategy, technology management, social network analysis, and sociophysics.
The Science School is open to everyone, from children to adults, free of charge. Participants can enter after making a reservation in advance through the Science Museum's website. Various souvenirs will be provided to participants through a lottery and on a first-come, first-served basis, and special souvenirs will be given to those who complete the stamp mission for the first half of the year.
