Sejong Credit Guarantee Foundation Launches "On-site Guarantee Dream Campaign"

On June 17, Sejong Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that it will launch the "On-site Guarantee Dream Campaign," a mobile consultation service targeting customers in remote areas and those who are digitally vulnerable.


According to officials, this campaign was designed to provide customized guarantee consultations to small business owners in areas with limited access to the foundation, such as northern Sejong, as well as to digitally vulnerable groups, including elderly people and people with disabilities who are not familiar with using smart devices.


Although the digital transformation of guarantee applications is accelerating, some customers still face difficulties accessing guarantee programs. In fact, the proportion of guarantee supply in the northern region is relatively lower than in the southern region, confirming the existence of regional disparities.


Therefore, the foundation will offer two types of mobile consultation services tailored to the needs of different customer groups. For small business owners located in the northern region?specifically Jochiwon-eup, Yeongi-myeon, Yeonseo-myeon, Yeondong-myeon, Bugang-myeon, Jeondong-myeon, Jeonui-myeon, and Sojeong-myeon?mobile consultation centers will be operated at Sejong Job and Economy Promotion Agency (251 Eutteum-gil, Jochiwon-eup, near Jochiwon Station) on July 1 and October 1, coinciding with the Sejong small business fund application periods.


In particular, on-site consultations will be provided to customers who are either business representatives aged 60 or older or people with disabilities who have difficulty using the Guarantee Dream (foundation app). Starting June 18 (tomorrow) and continuing every Wednesday until November 30, the foundation will visit customers' business locations to provide these services.


Kim Hyomyung, Chairman of the Credit Guarantee Foundation, stated, "The On-site Guarantee Dream Campaign is part of our efforts to minimize customer inconvenience and expand practical guarantee applications, despite the realistic limitation of a shortage of guarantee staff." He added, "We hope this will serve as an opportunity to get one step closer to our customers as a reliable partner for local small business owners."
