Bucheon City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the "Gyeonggi Revitalization Big Sale," a consumer promotion event, at 16 traditional markets and 11 local commercial districts from June 21 to June 29.
This event has been organized to revitalize local businesses that have been struggling due to high inflation and the economic downturn, and to provide practical support to citizens and small business owners.
During the event period, customers who purchase goods at participating stores and submit their receipts to the designated refund centers can receive up to 20% of their purchase amount back in the form of Onnuri gift certificates or promotional gifts. Each person can receive a refund of up to 30,000 won per day. At traditional markets, this benefit is available only to customers who make purchases of 50,000 won or more at two or more different stores.
