Woori Construction to Launch High-Rise 'Woori Lin The Stella' at Namwonju Station Area in August

927 Units, All 84 Square Meters
Follow-up to Woori Lin Brand Town

Woori Construction announced on the 17th that it will introduce a high-rise apartment complex, 'Wonju Station Woori Lin The Stella', in the Namwonju Station area of Wonju, Gangwon.

The pre-sale is scheduled for August. This project is the follow-up to 'Wonju Station Woori Lin The Sky', which was supplied last year. When combined, the two complexes will form the 'Woori Lin Brand Town' with a total of 1,827 units. The new complex will consist of 927 units in five buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 43 above-ground floors. All units will have an exclusive area of 84 square meters.

The site is located in the AC-5 block of the Namwonju Station area. KTX Wonju Station is within walking distance. The double-track railway between Yeoju and Wonju on the Gyeonggang Line is scheduled to open in 2028. In addition, efforts are underway to secure a stop for the GTX-D metropolitan express railway line. Once these lines are connected, Wonju will be the only city in the Gangwon region with direct rail access to both Pangyo and Gangnam.

The complex also offers excellent road accessibility, being adjacent to National Route 19, the Namwonju Interchange on the Jungang Expressway, and the Manjong Junction on the Yeongdong Expressway. There is a wealth of lifestyle infrastructure, including a central commercial area in front of the complex, as well as easy access to the nearby Musil-dong Emart, private academies, and government offices. The area also boasts strong educational conditions, with elementary and middle school sites planned close to the complex. Nearby educational institutions include Yukmingwan Middle and High School, Yonsei University Mirae Campus, Halla University, and Gangneung-Wonju National University.

All units in the complex are primarily south-facing. The generous spacing between buildings enhances natural lighting, ventilation, and a sense of openness. The complex also offers excellent views, thanks to its 43-story high-rise design. Community facilities will include a fitness club, golf practice range, study room, sauna, and a residents' cafe.

A Woori Construction official stated, "As the last privately supplied apartment complex in the Namwonju Station area and the tallest apartment building in Wonju, it will become a landmark representing the region."

The model home will be located near the Danji-dong Intercity Bus Terminal in Wonju.
