According to Yes24, gift certificates and coupons that expired during the service disruption period from June 9 to 13 will be automatically extended until June 20.
For the attendance check event, users will be recognized as having checked in for each day during the disruption period and will receive 1 point per day.
Free returns will also be offered. For Yes24 direct delivery, if customers wish to return products shipped between May 26 and June 15, they can select "delivery delay" as the reason for return and receive free returns. For vendor deliveries, free returns will be provided for orders placed between June 3 and 9. However, orders already marked as delivered are excluded.
For orders that were not picked up on-site after 2:30 p.m. on June 5, 2,000 points will be awarded. For buyback settlements, an additional 10% of the final purchase price will be compensated for requests submitted before June 9.
For performances, if normal attendance was not possible, 120% of the ticket price will be refunded. For canceled reservations, 20% compensation will be provided. The cancellation fee will be waived for one week. The cancellation deadline is June 20.
For Crema Club, the usage period will be extended by 30 days for valid members as of June 8.
For e-books, the usage period for rental products will be extended by 5 days.
