The Gyeongbuk Office of Education proactively assigned personnel to ensure continuity in administrative work, to alleviate the excessive workload of schools preparing to open, and to provide systematic support for all aspects of school opening preparations, including facilities, budgets, personnel, and supplies.

The assigned local government officials will carry out preliminary tasks at the schools preparing to open, and after the official opening, they will be responsible for the overall administrative operations at the new schools.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education expects that this measure will help prevent potential administrative gaps and omissions in handovers that could occur just before the schools open, and will significantly contribute to enhancing the stability and completeness of school opening preparations.

Lim Jong-sik, Superintendent of the Gyeongbuk Office of Education, stated, "Preparing for a school opening is not just about getting the facilities ready; it is a crucial process that must meet the expectations of the entire educational community," adding, "We will continue to create an educational environment that students and parents can trust, based on the principles of 'preemptive response' and 'field-oriented' approaches."
