NSE&M Accelerates New Business and AI-Based Global Entertainment Expansion

NSE&M Accelerates New Business and AI-Based Global Entertainment Expansion

NSENM, a comprehensive entertainment company, announced on the 16th that it is accelerating organizational innovation and securing future growth engines.

NSENM is working to enhance management efficiency by efficiently restructuring its entertainment business division and content production division through company-wide structural improvements, as well as reorganizing its management business.

Significant results are expected in the new business sector. Starting this month, the company is launching new businesses related to meat processing distribution and branding, and the release of the film "The Informant," which was postponed last year, is also imminent.

In addition, the domestic fashion brand "TENITZ" business is on the verge of signing contracts with leading conglomerates, which is expected to lead to a substantial increase in sales. Through these efforts, the company aims to turn a profit and improve its financial structure, with the goal of becoming a global comprehensive entertainment company.

The company is also accelerating its global market expansion. Recently, NSENM visited Chongqing, China, and signed an MOU with the local government, intensifying its efforts to enter the Chinese market in line with the lifting of the Korean Wave ban. This agreement is significant as it marks the first official cooperation between Korea and China since the ban, establishing a foothold for entry into the Chinese media and content market.

The company plans to collaborate with the local government and major platforms to jointly produce Korea-China co-produced content, develop large-scale performances and cultural industry projects, and promote artist exchanges. Concerts and cultural performances organized by Chongqing City featuring NSENM artists are scheduled for next month and October.

Furthermore, NSENM intends to strengthen marketing and business cooperation through partnerships with Chinese e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, known as the "Amazon of China."

An NSENM representative stated, "Through these structural improvements and the dual-track strategy of new businesses, we will secure key drivers for the company's sustainable growth and enhanced global competitiveness."
