Free Consulting for Companies Facing Export Contract Challenges
One-on-One Expert Support
The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency announced on the 15th that it will implement the "2025 Online Export Platform Export Contract Support Program" for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups experiencing difficulties in signing export contracts with overseas buyers.
The core of this program is to provide one-on-one, hands-on support from trade experts to ensure that purchase inquiries from overseas buyers on GobizKorea, the B2B online export platform operated by Jungjingong, lead to actual export contracts.
Specifically, the program offers free support for the entire export process, including verifying the validity of buyer purchase inquiries, negotiating transaction terms, reviewing export contracts, and drafting contracts. Companies not yet registered on GobizKorea are also eligible to apply. Once selected, they can receive the same support after completing membership registration and product listing.
An official from Jungjingong stated, "The export contract support program is designed to actively assist SMEs that have the intention to export but miss opportunities due to lack of practical experience." The official added, "Through this program, we plan to support a total of 1,000 companies this year. The program will operate on a rolling application basis, with participating companies selected flexibly each month."
