Pursuing Cooperation for Joint Business Initiatives
On June 13, Yangsan City held a signing ceremony for a four-party business agreement in the second-floor meeting room of Nambu Market, together with the Nambu Market Merchants Association, Siru Agricultural Cooperative Corporation, and Wondong Agricultural Cooperative Corporation. The purpose of the agreement is to revitalize traditional markets and promote the sustainable development of the local economy.

This agreement includes: joint planning and implementation of projects utilizing local specialty products; practical cooperation in areas such as market expansion, distribution, and marketing; the creation of synergy through mutual promotion; and various other activities to achieve the objectives of the agreement.
In particular, the organic cooperation between Yangsan City and local merchants and agricultural organizations is expected to serve as a representative model for a virtuous cycle in the local economy, as it simultaneously strengthens the competitiveness of traditional markets and local agricultural products.
Mayor Na Dongyeon stated, "With this agreement, we will further solidify the cooperative system among related organizations in the region and actively promote joint projects that can deliver tangible economic benefits," adding, "We will continue to spread a local economic model in which traditional markets and small businesses can thrive."
