On June 13, Yangju City announced that it had signed separate financial support agreements with Hana Bank and NH Nonghyup Bank, and will begin providing tailored financial support, such as loans and preferential interest rates, to companies moving into Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Eunnam General Industrial Complex.
This collaboration is expected to help boost demand for occupancy and enhance the competitiveness of parcel sales for the Eunnam General Industrial Complex, scheduled for sale at the end of this month, and Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley, scheduled for sale in September.
Under the agreements, companies recommended by Yangju City will be eligible for a variety of financial benefits, including loans of up to 80% of the land sale price, preferential interest rates, and loans for construction costs and operating funds.
Hana Bank will offer preferential interest rates of up to 1.2 percentage points per year, while Nonghyup Bank will provide up to 0.7 percentage points per year, with customized financial support tailored to each company's circumstances.

Prior to this agreement, Yangju City had already established an ongoing financial support system through partnerships with Korea Development Bank, Shinhan Bank, and Nonghyup Bank. With this additional agreement with Hana Bank, the city aims to broaden the range of choices for tenant companies and further enhance the competitiveness of its parcel sales.
Yangju Mayor Yang Suhyun stated, "We expect that this agreement will allow companies moving into Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Eunnam General Industrial Complex to enjoy tangible financial benefits," adding, "We will continue to do our best to create an environment where businesses can settle stably."
Roh Hyunsoo, Head of Nonghyup Bank's Yangju Branch, said, "We will further strengthen our cooperative framework with Yangju City and actively support the establishment of a stable management foundation for local companies."
This financial support agreement is expected to contribute to revitalizing parcel sales in Yangju City's industrial complexes and expanding corporate attraction.
