This plaque of appreciation expresses deep gratitude for Chairman Heo's continued interest and policy support for the stable operation and development of the "Gyeonggi-do Special Transportation Metropolitan Mobility Support Center."

The Gyeonggi-do Special Transportation Metropolitan Mobility Support Center is a flagship transportation welfare project promoted by Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation to guarantee metropolitan mobility rights for transportation-vulnerable individuals. It improves efficiency and convenience by establishing an integrated control, dispatch, and response system among the 31 city and county mobility support centers in the province.

Chairman Heo Won has been actively involved in institutional improvements and policy proposals for the transportation disadvantaged, serving as vice chairman in the first half and chairman in the second half of the 11th Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly Construction and Transportation Committee.

In particular, he has taken the lead in policy coordination and cooperation during the establishment of the Metropolitan Mobility Support Center, securing budgets, and introducing the integrated dispatch system.

President Minkyung Sun personally presented the plaque of appreciation, conveying deep gratitude for Chairman Heo's policy support and efforts to establish an institutional foundation for the stable operation and development of the Gyeonggi-do Special Transportation Metropolitan Mobility Support Center.

Heo Won, chairman of the Construction and Transportation Committee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly, stated, "I am grateful for the hard work and passion of everyone who is quietly dedicated on the front lines," and added, "I will actively support and provide institutional backing so that the valuable opinions and achievements shared here can be practically reflected in future policy improvements and institutional development."

Minkyung Sun, president of Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation, said, "Thanks to Chairman Heo's consistent interest and active cooperation, the Gyeonggi-do Special Transportation Metropolitan Mobility Support Center was able to overcome the initial difficulties at its introduction and establish a stable operating system. I am deeply grateful for your participation in creating various policies and institutional foundations to guarantee metropolitan mobility rights for the transportation disadvantaged."

Gyeonggi Province and Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation plan to continue expanding an environment where transportation-vulnerable individuals can travel conveniently throughout the province by enhancing the operation of the Metropolitan Mobility Support Center. They also plan to promote policies such as upgrading the integrated dispatch system, improving response rates for consultations, and expanding voucher taxis.
