Kyowon announced on the 13th that its smart workbook Toyosae will hold the '2025 Toyosae English Speaking Contest' participation event until the 27th.
The 'Toyosae English Speaking Contest' has been held annually since 2020 to assess the English proficiency of Toyosae English members and to help them build confidence in speaking English. Any Toyosae English member may participate, and the contest is divided into the following categories: ▲Preschool (pre-kindergarten) ▲Elementary grades 1-2 ▲Elementary grades 3-4 ▲Elementary grades 5-6.

During the participation event, students will read selected books together with an online teacher for four weeks and receive a certificate of completion. After the participation event, the preliminary round will be held from July 21 to August 22. Sixteen finalists will be selected through the preliminary judging, and these finalists will give their final presentations at the Kyowon Tour Building Concert Hall on November 15.
In the final round, a panel of judges composed of professors from the Seoul National University of Education’s Department of English Education will rigorously evaluate the contestants and select winners for each category. The judges will comprehensively assess fluency, delivery, and attitude to determine the Grand Prize, Excellence Prize, and Outstanding Prize winners, and approximately 10 million won in scholarships will be awarded.
