As the first 4-star hotel in Haenam County, Haenam126 Hotel offers ocean views from all 120 guest rooms. There are a total of nine room types, ranging from standard to suite. The hotel is equipped with various amenities, including a banquet hall that can accommodate over 250 people, seminar rooms, a year-round heated infinity pool and jacuzzi, a cafe, and a restaurant. Additionally, Haenam126 Hotel received green building certification and other eco-friendly certifications in February last year, and in November last year, it became the first hotel in Korea to obtain the Barrier-Free Living Environment Certification (Excellent Grade).

Lee Sangmin, Acting Director of the National Tourism Headquarters at the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, "Since the opening, approximately 20,000 guests have stayed at the hotel as of the end of last month, and as of May, 51% of guests came from the Seoul metropolitan area, indicating that the hotel's recognition as a long-distance accommodation destination continues to grow." He added, "We will do our utmost to ensure that Haenam126 Hotel and the Oceano Tourism Complex, which embrace the history, culture, and beautiful natural scenery of Namdo, grow into major tourism hubs in the southwest region and contribute to revitalizing the local economy."
