Discussion on Growth Strategies for Member Companies
The Innobiz Association announced on the 13th that it held the '2025 Branch Office Workshop' and discussed strategies for the sustainable growth of its member companies.
The workshop took place over two days, from the 12th to the 13th, at the Suning Leadership Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. More than 50 executives and staff members from the headquarters and eight branch offices nationwide participated.

The workshop focused on several key topics: sharing know-how on operating the Innobiz Morning Forum and training center; exploring collaboration opportunities with Korea Polytechnic University, including talent development and matching; establishing and operating public procurement committees at each branch to build public-private cooperation models, such as supporting member companies' entry into the procurement market; and discussing current issues to improve member services and increase satisfaction.
The association plans to reflect these discussions in the operational strategies for the second half of this year and the following year.
Jung Gwangcheon, President of the Innobiz Association, stated, "Based on today's discussions, we will further strengthen the cooperation system between the headquarters and branch offices, and continue to develop support measures that can provide tangible benefits to our member companies."
